In order to ensure bicycles can be used for transport by key workers, in last mile delivery operations and by emergency services bicycle teams, the UK Government has granted an exemption that enables us to remain open to service and repair bicycles.
- havebike remains open for business as we continue to service the critical asset bicycles used by the emergency services
- We continue to service the private bicycles of customers whether you are a cycle commuter or cycling enthusiast (or both)
- We have extended our offering to the Surrey area, with Collect & Return Services starting from only £50.00.
You don’t even need to leave the house – We come to you!
Getting out on your bicycle
Although there are serious (and needed) restrictions placed on our movements, we are still encouraged to take exercise once a day (which can include cycling):
“Getting active outside is still fine! If you are well and have no symptoms, going for a walk, run or a cycle is also a good way to take a break.” https://www.sportengland.org/news/coronavirus-information-sector
Just follow the instruction issued by the Government on social distancing. When riding, ensure you do it alone or only with someone you live with (and stay 2m away from others).
With the weather looking good over the coming week, why not get your (and your family’s) bike(s) booked in for a service so they’re running smoothly and safely on your daily ride in the sunshine. Click here to book.
